*** Please note that FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS are all 150% over max capacity and are experiencing extreme delays due to the pandemic.***
Our online-store will remain open for parts and accessory shipments at this time, packaging and shipping of all orders is subject to delay, local curbside pick up is open at this time, when you select local pick up we will contact you when your order is ready for you to pick up.  
Appointments for virtual consultations will be made available to help our customers solve rover problems from the safety of their own homes.  We are currently operating under Washington State Phase 2 protocols and have started accepting projects that are essential to your transportation needs and our O.M.R.T.P. is currently ramping up to meet Phase 2 requirements and we are taking future appointments.
Our team is following protocols and relevant updates given by the WHO, the CDC and our local health departments.
 We are also limiting the number of employees and guest appointments (drop off and pick up only) in our shop for everyone's safety and are in the shop on a limited schedule. 
Please maintain a minimum distance with at least 6 feet of space between you and all other persons.  
Refrain from going into public if you have any symptoms of illness or believe you may have come in contact with someone who has Covid19.
We appreciate your patience as we work and make adjustments during this trying time. We hope each and every one of you are able to stay healthy and connected to your loved ones.

*Due to the current pandemic, we are anticipating orders to process in 2-7 business days for in stock items. For example, if you select 2 day shipping on your order you may expect to receive tracking information within 2-7 business days from order placement and your shipment to arrive with in the stated delivery time from the carrier. This is the current estimated time it may take for our warehouse to pull, pack and process your order.  If this does not work for you and you would like to cancel your order, or change your selected shipping method, please contact us immediately at with the words "ORDER CANCELATION" or "SHIPPING CHANGE REQUEST" in the subject line.
