Autohome USA Guarantee of Satisfaction
We stand behind our products! We want your tent to be right for you. If, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return or exchange your tent for any reason, we will exchange it for another model or refund your money - less a 20% restocking fee. The tent must be received in new, merchantable condition.
This guarantee of satisfaction does not include charges for shipping, crating, or additional charges for upgrading to a higher priced model.

Tent pick-up pricing at Defenders Northwest Gig Harbor retail location includes up to 1-hour of installation assistance, unpacking, and disposal of the shipping crate & packing material

Crate, Freight, & Insurance is $500 to commercial address in the contiguous US with dock or forklift, $650 to residential address requiring the use of a lift-gate for delivery
Autohome USA Warranty
Your AutoHome tent is warranted for the original purchaser against defects in material and manufacturing for five years from the original date of purchase. AutoHomeUSA will repair or replace, at its option, any defects during the warranty period. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or to damage or cosmetic blemishes sustained during use. In the event that the tent must be returned to our repair facility for inspection and repair/replacement, owner must assume the cost and liability of freight. Proof of purchase date and serial number of the tent will be required. This warranty does not include charges for shipping, crating, or taxes
