3M High-Power Brake Cleaner

The only Brake cleaner we use in shop - because it works, even on brakes.  Remember that brake cleaners in aerosol cans are designed to spray upwards, and spraying down will quickly empty the propellant but not the fluid.  For applications where you are spraying an object below the can, use the precision straw bent into a gentle 90-degree arc so that the can is held upright while the spray is directed down.  Be sure to pick-up a box of rag-alternative X-Wipes to go with the best brake cleaner around.
